Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If work has not started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services before work begins by email.
  • No refunds after project initiation unless agreed in writing.

Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
